HI......The big box arrived Saturday and the small one yesterday but I couldn't open them until today because I was having more tests.  Would you believe I have a hairline crack in my bon e.  No wonder all the pain.  Just finished going over everything and they really cheered me up  Also, thank you for the little angel....just what I needed to brighten my day. You are the greatest and thanks for finding the Gary and Tina.  You go above and beyond.  As soon as I am feeling better have a few more critters to order but have been told to stay off my feet.  and here I am at the computer but just had to thank you . I also thought that it was very nice that you included a little note along with the order. I just wanted to let you know how happy I've been with your service!  The package, according to my mom, was packaged very well.  I was surprised at how quickly it arrived, and the quality was superb.  I also appreciated the invoice being in a separate envelope, along with the thank-you note.

I have to say your web site is the best I have shopped on for Boyds & now the only site I go threw! I don't even bother going to my local store's to buy Boyds stuff. I have more fun going threw you! You have way more to offer! Also ordering from you in the past I get my order so fast why leave the house! Your site is so secure I never worry about my personal info. getting into the wrong hands. You package your Boyds bears & other Boyds things so nice I never worry how it will arrive. All ways in tip - top condition! I can't say enough how nice its been shopping threw you! Dear Bearmeister,

I wanted to just thank you for your attentive phone service and your prompt shipment. Most avid collectors of anything love the thrill of going into stores to add to their collection but I have to say that this was just as fun--like Christmas all over again to open that package and ooh and aah over
each piece! I also wanted to add a plug and a thank you for passing on Dick Heibel's name to collectors who need water globes repaired. He lives in the hometown I grew up in and, from all accounts that I've heard, he is very good at what he does.

Thanks for your concern regarding my order. I did finally  receive the package, but from a lady who lives about three blocks away from  me. I really was relieved about her tremendous honesty, and the time she took to deliver it to me. I guess UPS delivered it to the wrong address and just left it at her doorstep. I was very bothered about this and I know you had nothing to do with this mistake. I pondered contacting them over the matter, but in dealing with them in the past decided against it since they are not always congenial when they screw up. Anyway, thank you again and I will soon be ordering more of those wonderful villages from you.
