I would just like to say how please I was with my ordering from this site. Everything was simple and fast, and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when my order showed up two days later! I paid for regular shipping and was definitely not expecting it that soon. That is the fastest that I have ever received anything from an online order. I couldn't believe it when I got a conformation email the same day I ordered saying that it had already been shipped! When I received the packaged, everything was nice and neat and there was a thoughtful handwritten note inside with my purchase. I want to complement you all on the amazing customer service you provided, even with just an online order. I definitely plan on ordering something again soon.

In today's world customer service is one of the necessities we forget. I wanted to thank you for the wonderful customer service that you have given me. My order was small, but you made me feel as if it was a million dollars. From the e mails received to the handwritten ( Yes HANDWRITTEN ) note inside the box.

I also thought that it was very nice that you included a little note along with the order. I have a friend that collects Boyds and they are hard to find around my area, I will be doing business with you again.

I have to say your web site is the best I have shopped on for Boyds & now the only site I go to. I don't even bother going to my local store's to buy Boyds stuff. I have more fun going threw you! You have way more to offer! Also ordering from you in the past I get my order so fast why leave the house! Your site is so secure I never worry about my personal info. getting into the wrong hands. You package your Boyds bears & other Boyds things so nice I never worry how it will arrive. All ways in tip - top condition! I can't say enough how nice its been shopping threw you! I wanted to just thank you for your attentive phone service and your prompt shipment. Most avid collectors of anything love the thrill of going into stores to add to their collection but I have to say that this was just as fun--like Christmas all over again to open that package and ooh and aah over
each piece! I also wanted to add a plug and a thank you for passing on Dick Heibel's name to collectors who need water globes repaired. He lives in the hometown I grew up in and, from all accounts that I've heard, he is very good at what he does.
