Shipping Policy

Shipping on orders over $100.00 is free* for continental US orders if all items are in stock and shipped on the same day.

  We will hold your order for 7 days waiting for items that might not be in stock, after that we must ship and charge our normal $5.95 in the continental US. No free Shipping for Clearance items.

We can give you the current inventory information  by phone at 888 864 0320.  

Order Cancellations should be by telephone and  email to confirm .

 Orders can not be cancelled after shipping.

*(Any orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam or Porto Rico. are handled on an individual basis and will be charged $12.95. No free shipping is available for orders outside the continental US.  Email if you need more information.) Shipping for countries outside the US are calculated on an individual basis. We can ship only to addresses in the US with the free offer.  

 UPS is our first choice of carrier, USPS is our choice for  rural deliveries.

Shipping to a business location is  usually  one day faster than shipping to any residence...so if you can ship to  your work place....it helps.

Returns:

All returns must be authorized and have an RL Number. Returns will be paid for by UPS if the merchandise is  broken. It must be inspected by UPS, do not throw away your outer carton as UPS will determine fault by inspecting the box that the merchandise arrives in.

If you are changing your mind after the piece arrives ( still in salable condition) you may return the piece with authorization, however you are responsible for shipping costs both to and from Boydbears.coms and a 15% restocking fee.
