UPS is our
first choice of carrier, USPS is our choice for rural deliveries.
Shipping
to a business location is usually one day faster than shipping to
any residence...so if you can ship to your work place....it helps.
Returns:
All returns must be authorized and have an
RL Number. Returns will be paid for by UPS if the merchandise is broken. It must be inspected by UPS, do not throw away your outer carton as UPS
will determine fault by inspecting the box that the merchandise arrives in.
If you are changing your mind after the
piece arrives ( still in salable condition) you may return the piece with
authorization, however you are responsible for shipping costs both to and from
Boydbears.coms and a 15% restocking fee.
